Customers who have made transactions on Optik Go will automatically get a 30 day guarantee.
From the date the goods are received by the buyer. The date in question is the date stated on the receipt on the receipt of goods receipt by the shipping / expedition party. This guarantee is valid from the date of receipt to the date of the following month, later than the date stated on the invoice, it is not valid.
Terms and Condition to Claim Frame Warranty :
1. The warranty is valid for 1 month from the date the goods are received (according to the receipt from the delivery party).
2. Frame Replacement Guarantee (1 month), Valid for the purchase of Frames and Lenses at Optik Go.
Not valid for purchasing frames only (including purchasing frames at Optik Go and lenses from Optik Lain), and also
Not Applicable for lens defense only.
3. The frame warranty is valid if it is a damage that occurs due to a factory defect.
4. The frame warranty does not apply if there are indications of falling, bending due to pressure, and incidents due to user negligence resulting in damage.
5. The frame warranty is not valid if the frame is repaired by own actions such as applying glue, bending, brazing, etc.
6. If it is agreed that the frame guarantee applies, the selection claim for a replacement frame must be at the same nominal price as the damaged frame price or the price above it with the addition of the price difference.
7. Replacement of the lens accompanying the frame can only be claimed for a maximum of Rp. 100,000,-. If the nominal lens selected is more than Rp. 100,000, - then the price of the new lens will automatically get a discount of Rp. 100.000,-.
8. Claims can only be made 1 time, provided that you show a Purchase Note (or proof of transaction), and all purchase equipment (glass case box, authenticity card, and frame-built equipment if any (eg additional nosepad, additional stem, clip on, etc., if any) )
Lens Warranty Terms & Conditions (Essilor, HOYA, Exxel), in the form of:
1. Essilor and HOYA Lens Warranty
a. Valid for Recoating until Essilor Lens Replacement, Warranty valid for up to 2 years
b. Valid for Recoating until HOYA Lens Replacement, Warranty valid for up to 1 year
c. The warranty does not apply if the lens is damaged due to misuse (Deep Scratches, Cracks, Cracks, Bends, and the lens is exposed to high heat until it bends indicating melting.)
d. Essilor & HOYA Lens Warranty applies to Coating Defects due to manufacturing defects, and the warranty is for coating repairs, and not replaced with new lenses. (Written on Essilor & HOYA Lens Warranty Card).
e. Lens replacement is at the discretion of the Essilor & HOYA brand holder and not Optik Go.
f. Claims can only be made 1x, provided that the Purchase Note (or proof of transaction) is sent back to the Guarantee card (Essilor / HOYA) to Optik Go.
2.Exxel Lens Warranty
a. 2 Months Guarantee Free New Lens Replacement for Coating due to Factory Defects (not indicated due to maintenance errors, and intentional damage to the coating)
b. Above 2 (two) Months, Quality Guarantee applies (Item Price according to discounted discount), applies to lens damage claims due to misuse such as minor scratches, deep scratches, and collisions that result in bent, cracked, and broken.
c. Quality Guarantee 2 - 12 months, applies 50% discount on purchases of new Exxel lenses of the same type for the same size, or 25% discount on purchases of new Exxel lenses of the same type for different sizes.
d. 12 - 24 months Quality Guarantee, 10% discount applies for purchases of new Exxel lenses of the same type for different sizes.
e. Claims can only be made 1 time, provided that you have a Purchase Note (or proof of transaction), and send your Exxel Warranty card back to Optik Go.
